Graphic Design Specialist
HealthTrust seeks a service-oriented, detail-focused team player to join our team. As a Graphic Design Specialist you would provide graphic design for several newsletters and publications, PowerPoint presentations and special assignments, as well as administrative and technical support. In addition to creating fresh, imaginative designs, the Graphic Design Specialist assists in producing organizational videos and digital photography, organizes and maintains digital and paper files, works directly with print vendors as needed to coordinate mailings and print jobs. Candidate must live in New Hampshire and will have remote work flexibility at times.
Core responsibilities include:
- Applies knowledge of graphic design and graphic file formats, pre-press and printing techniques and scanning and image editing in the course of duties.
- Works in conjunction with the Graphic Design Coordinator to create and develop design concepts and educational and operational materials utilized by HealthTrust, gathering and incorporating feedback from internal and external stakeholders.
- Creates and maintains project management tracking sheets for various HealthTrust Departments.
- Assists Graphic Design Coordinator with maintaining digital and printed materials and photo archives as well as the tracking of organizational expenses and quantities of materials utilized for inventory and budget purposes.
- Supports Graphic Design Coordinator in sourcing print vendors; preparing/packaging print jobs for offset production as needed; reviews proofs.
- Provides logistical management for on-site, on-line and off-site events including communication related items and technical expertise and support.
- Responsible for video production services designed to support the education and training efforts of HealthTrust. Photographs HealthTrust events, people and locations for publications, promotional materials and websites.
- Participates in staff workgroups and committees to provide graphic support to help improve HealthTrust’s online presence and Member Groups and Covered Individual engagement.
- Responsible for website content management and the development and distribution of email campaigns through a variety of software tools.

Qualifications: High School Diploma is required, preferably with coursework in art, graphic design, and computer design or other related field. Must have three years related work experience in all components of the Adobe Creative Suite software, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, XD, as well as PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Access. Excellent organizational and communications skills, and be comfortable working in print, digital, and video media..
