The Transparency in Coverage (TiC) final rules require group health plans such as HealthTrust to make machine-readable files publicly available that will disclose in-network rates and out-of-network allowed amounts and billed charges for plan or policy years that start on or after January 1, 2022. HealthTrust has partnered with our third party claims administrator, Anthem, to provide access to these files. Please use the below link to the Anthem website to access the machine-readable files.

The Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021 requires health plans to make available to participants personalized, out-of-pocket cost information electronically and in paper form, upon request. This means that in addition to the current cost estimates Anthem provides for most members for certain treatment categories in its Find Care tool, it also provides negotiated rates and personalized cost shares for all services. To access these rates, log in to your Secure Enrollee Portal account, click the Anthem button and on the Anthem website, click on “Find Care,” scroll down to “Search by Procedure” and search for the specific procedure.
When you get emergency care or get treated by an out-of-network provider at an in-network hospital or ambulatory surgical center, you are protected from surprise billing or balance billing.
