Human Resources Coordinator

RECRUITMENT FOR: HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

HealthTrust seeks an experienced, supportive and enthusiastic Human Resources Coordinator to join our Team. This position will engage in all areas of the Human Resources function to consistently and effectively service and support the organization and its employees.

• Develops, revises, interprets and administers all HR policies, practices and procedures
• Supervises the HR Associate. Prioritizes the workload of the HR department and provides valuable feedback and learning opportunities for the department
• Works closely with the General Counsel to ensure compliance with all federal and state legal and regulatory issues that affect the HR function
• Handles all aspects of HealthTrust’s employee relations matters. Advises and intervenes in difficult or sensitive matters including corrective action/ performance improvement.
• Manages and oversees the implementation and operation of HealthTrust’s performance management process
• Works collaboratively with the Executive Director to develop and implement the organization’s succession plans
• Administers HealthTrust’s benefits, including facilitation of open enrollment activities, routine employee inquiries, enrollment processes, and bill reconciliation. Oversees the day-to-day operation of the multiple-employer defined benefit pension plan
• Administers HealthTrust’s compensation plan and conducts market analysis utilizing salary survey databases. Makes market based recommendations to the Executive Director in all areas of compensation
• Responsible for  the administration of all leaves of absence to include Short-Term Disability claims, FMLA claims and Worker’s Compensation claims
• Oversees the recruitment and retention of HealthTrust’s workforce

• Experience in ADP Workforce Now (desired, not required)
• Familiarity with a Defined Benefit Pension Plan (desired, not required)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Personnel Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field
• Prior experience of at least 7 years in Human Resources
