HealthTrust seeks an enthusiastic team player who has a passion for wellness! This position promotes and serves HealthTrust’s Members and individual enrollees on various wellness and disease management programs. In this role, you’ll provide on-site and virtual wellness consulting along with extensive service elements related to health and wellness through contact with local government officials and employees. This position is responsible for supporting Members in a designated territory within the State of New Hampshire. The Wellness Coordinator:
The Wellness Coordinator consults with Members, including elected officials, labor, and management. The Wellness Coordinator designs and presents health and wellness educational programs and services and as such, the ideal candidate should be a comfortable and confident public speaker. A strong background in Health Management is required, and experience working with municipalities and/or schools is highly desirable. Must have related degree, be people-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills, and be committed to working as part of a team to service our members.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferably with a concentration in health and wellness education or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior work experience of at least four years in a responsible position involving health and wellness education. Captivating presentation skills are highly desired.
