Enrollee Services Assistant Manager

RECRUITMENT FOR: ENROLLEE SERVICES ASSISTANT MANAGER

HealthTrust seeks an enthusiastic, professional, and highly organized individual to effectively supervise day-to-day operations of the Enrollee Services Team to ensure the highest level of service to our Member Groups and Enrollees. The team consists of nine highly responsible individuals who staff a small call center as well as administer HealthTrust’s Benefit Advantage service (Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Reimbursement Accounts), short-term disability program and administrative support services. The Assistant Manager is responsible for the Team’s overall operations including:

Qualifications:  Possession of a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally with a focus in business or public administration, project management, communications, or a health management related field.    Five years of experience in a responsible supervisor or management position involving communications, health insurance, business, or public administration is required. The employee must also demonstrate proficiency in word processing, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

In lieu of the above, any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the above referenced knowledge, abilities, and skills may be considered at the discretion of HealthTrust.
