Vendor Services & Compliance Specialist

HealthTrust seeks an enthusiastic, professional, and highly organized individual to effectively administer day-to-day operational vendor activities and proactively resolve service issues.  This individual develops, monitors and maintains mutually beneficial relationships with the medical, dental, prescription drug and ancillary coverage vendors for plan and program implementation, maintenance and compliance. The employee, in concert with Benefits and Coverage Counsel, builds, maintains, revises, distributes, and ensures compliance to all HealthTrust coverage and plan documents. The employee works collaboratively to ensure that consistent, reliable information is disseminated to Members and Enrollees.

Qualifications:  Possession of a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally with a focus in business or public administration, project management, communications, or a risk management related field.    Five years of experience in a responsible administrative or management position involving communications, health insurance, business, or public administration is required. The employee must also demonstrate proficiency in word processing, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

In lieu of the above, any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the above referenced knowledge, abilities, and skills may be considered at the discretion of HealthTrust.
