2024 HealthTrust Board of Directors Election Results

We are pleased to announce that the following individuals were elected to the HealthTrust Board of Directors at the Annual Member Meeting and Board of Directors elections held at the HealthTrust building in Concord on Thursday, December 5, 2024.

Congratulations to:

Katie Williams, Director of Human Resources for the Town of Hanover, who was elected to fill the Municipal Director position.

Alison Kivikoski, Senior Director of Human Resources for Rockingham County, who received a nomination on the floor by Susan Hilchey, and was elected to fill the County Director position.

Incumbent Sarah Trahan, Social Studies Teacher at Winnacunnet High School, who was re-elected to fill the Employee Director position.

Incumbent Susan Hilchey, Director of Human Resources for SAU #25 (Bedford Schools), who was re-elected to fill the School Director position.

The HealthTrust Board of Directors are elected by and truly reflect our Member Groups and Covered Individuals. They are a dedicated, diverse group of volunteers who develop HealthTrust’s strategic goals, make decisions about HealthTrust coverages, products and services, and ensure HealthTrust is accountable to its Members and that our mission, vision, and values remain at the forefront of all we do.

A Special Thank You to Cathy Ann Stacey

Members of the Board and the HealthTrust Leadership Team recognized the outstanding contributions of Cathy Ann Stacey, who is retiring from the Board after serving 11 years, from 2013 through 2024, including seven years (2016-2023) as the Board Chair. Cathy Ann, who is the Register of Deeds for Rockingham County, has worked tirelessly for HealthTrust’s Members and Covered Individuals. HealthTrust extends our deepest appreciation for her leadership, dedication and insights during her service on the Board.
