Register today for HealthTrust’s 100 Miles in May Challenge. Regular exercise is particularly important as we all take steps to keep ourselves and others healthy during this COVID-19 pandemic. You can earn dollars toward your Quarter 2 Personal Wellness Journey Reward* by tracking your activity while you exercise indoors to your favorite music or online fitness program,or walk, jog or run outdoors. You can participate and have fun while practicing social distancing to help keep yourself, your family and community safe. HealthTrust medically covered Enrollees, Retirees and their covered spouses are eligible to participate in this challenge.
Registration is open through May 8! Log in to your secure account and click the "Onlife Health" button. Click the "Menu" tab in the top left of the page, select the "CHALLENGES" prompt, scroll to the 100 Miles in May Challenge tile and click on “Join Challenge.”
Beginning May 1, start tracking your physical activity. You can earn $5 toward you Quarter 2 reward just for joining the challenge (if you haven't already joined a challenge in Quarter 2). You can earn $15 toward your Quarter 2 Personal Wellness Journey Reward* if you track at least 75 miles, and earn a bonus $5 toward your quarterly reward if you track 100 miles or more for a total of up to $25 toward your Quarter 2 Personal Wellness Journey Reward.
You can track your activity by adding it manually on the 100 Miles in May page on the portal or AlwaysOn® mobile app, or through your connected fitness device. (Remember to connect your device to the Onlife portal!)
