Functional fitness is making sure your body can do the things it needs to do on a daily basis, like bending over, or lifting small objects. Our Exercise Physiologist will discuss some exercises you should be doing regularly so you can be functionally fit. Our podcast will provide you with a “functional fitness workout” and our handout will give you resources to find out more information.
