Member & Enrollee Services Manager

HealthTrust seeks an enthusiastic, innovative, and highly organized professional to be the leader of the Member and Enrollee Services Team. This position is responsible for administrative and management work, planning, directing, budgeting, and coordinating the enrollment, billing, Member & Enrollee service center, ancillary claims processing and Benefits Team of HealthTrust. 

This is a highly responsible position that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proven track record of fostering an employee culture of high moral and high engagement.

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in health care administration, business, or public administration, or a closely related field.  At least eight years of relevant work experience in a responsible management position with an operations, customer service, and account management focus.    Technical familiarity with enrollment, billing and claims applications as well as the use of multiple databases, spreadsheets, and computer based records maintenance systems highly desired.
