To Reset Your Password

Enter your email address below and click "Reset Password." If we have your email address on file linked to your account, you will receive a password reset link in an email within a few minutes.

Notes for Enrollees
Creating a New Account:

To access features (plan documents, coverage information, single sign on to partner secure websites, and more) on the secure enrollee portal, you must create a secure HealthTrust account. You qualify for a HealthTrust account if you are an enrollee, spouse or dependent child age 18 or older, with HealthTrust medical coverage. To create a new account, simply visit the New User page and follow the prompts for creating a new account.

Forgotten Password:

If you have forgotten your Password, enter your email address in the box above and press "Reset Password." An email with a Password reset link and instructions will be sent to the e-mail address HealthTrust has on file for you.

Notes for Member Group Administrators
How to Log In:

Previously, you should have received an email from HealthTrust Enrollee Services with an activation link. You will need to click on the activation link supplied in that email and then set your Password in order to access the Secure Member Portal.

Going forward, you will log in to the HealthTrust Secure Member Portal with your email address and the Password you set. If you did not receive an email with the activation link, please call HealthTrust Enrollee Services at 800.527.5001 or enrolleeservices@healthtrustnh.org to make sure we have your current email address to send you the activation link email.

If you do not have a Password:

You may call HealthTrust Enrollee Services at 800.527.5001 to request access to the Secure Member Portal. You will be asked to provide relevant information including your job related email address, which must be an email that is used only in your role as a designated contact for your Group, and not an email that is used for personal or family use.

Who Can Use the Secure Member Portal?

The Secure Member Portal is available to designated benefits administrators of HealthTrust Member Groups.
